Ordering FAQs

How can I order the ABC Balloon Book?
If you are located in the United States, you can order through our website by clicking here.

If you live outside of the United States, we suggest you first view our list of international retailers to see if one is near you, otherwise click here to submit an order request and we’ll respond with a shipping cost.

Do you offer signed copies?
Yes, for USA customers you can check the box on the ABC Balloon Book product page titled “Signed Copy” to request a signed version of the book by Steven Mayhew. For international customers, you must submit an order request and notate that you want a signed copy. Orders with international destinations will be shipped from the United States. Signed copies are an additional $1.99 per book ordered. Note: Orders placed through retailers can not be signed.

What forms of payment do you except?
To protect out customer’s banking details, we only take orders through the secure checkout system, Paypal.

When will I receive my pre-ordered book?
Books are scheduled to begin shipping in December.
Note: Due to our printers only providing us with approximate arrival dates we are unable to guarantee a shipping date until the books officially arrive. If you have ordered a book, we will notify you immediately when it ships out.

How do you ship your books?
For orders within the United States we ship through the United States Postal Service via Media Mail which takes approximately 9-12 business days for delivery and Priority Mail which takes between 4-5 business days for delivery. For international customers, orders shipped from the United States will be shipped through the lowest cost shipping carrier (to save you money) taking in consideration any time requirements you list when you place your order.
